The analyzer is a financial management tool detailing farm assets and liabilities. In addition the analyzer records historical actual revenues and expenses as well as the projected financial results for the current year's operation. This enables the farmer to review and assess historical financial performance; assists the farmer in the planning of crop and/or herd production; and provides projected financial results for the current year's farm operation. Also the program enables the farmer to input various, production scenarios which may assist in finalizing production plans and maximize financial returns for the current operating year

Benefit to the Credit Union

The Analyzer assists the Credit Union in understanding the member's farm operation both from an operational as well as financial perspective. It also provides the credit union with detailed financial and cashflow information on the farm operation which assists in expediting the member's loan requests.
