Fixed Redeemable

• Terms from 30 to 364 days
• $500.00 minimum investment
• Fixed rate
• Interest calculated daily and paid lump sum on maturity
• Interest rate determined by market
• If investment is redeemed prior to maturity, all accrued interest is forfeited

Fixed Non Redeemable

• Terms from 1 to 5 years
• $1,000.00 minimum investment
• Fixed rate
• Interest rate determined by market
• Interest calculated daily and paid monthly or annually
• If interest paid monthly .50% less
• If interest paid semi-annual .25% less
• Redemption prior to maturity 2.00% penalty

Variable Term Deposits

• 1 year term - automatically renews at expiry for same term
• $10,000.00 minimum investment
• Interest rate is variable and determined by market
• Interest calculated daily and paid monthly

• $100.00 minimum investment
• Fixed rate and determined by market
• Interest is calculated daily and paid on expiry
• All accrued interest is forfeited if redeemed prior to maturity

Mortgage Investment Certificate (MIC) Term Deposits

• 1 to 5 year terms
• $1000.00 minimum investment
• Variable rate, floats with average yield on the total first mortgage portfolio
• Rate is adjusted monthly
• Interest paid annually or monthly
• Early redemption penalty is 1% of the principal balance for each remaining year or part thereof
